  type     : 'P'db  [P]
  pdb_id   : filename or id under the directory []
  asym[n]  : asym_id         for subunit[n]. (n is 0,1,2,3,..)
  oper[n]  : oper_expression for subunit[n]. (n is 0,1,2,3,..)
  out      : type of output. 'plain', 'html' or 'download'[plain]
  ofile    : output file []
  chmdl    : add MODEL..ENDMDL for each chain (T or F) [F]
  chabc    : re-naming chain ID as A,B,C,... (T or F) [F]
  chasym   : chain ID is set to asym_id (T or F) [F]
  nostd2ala: Change Non-standard reisudes into 'ALA' (T or F) [T]
