HOMCOS:Download 3D structures of chemical compounds in KEGG (version:2022-03-07)

You can download 3D structures of KEGG_COMPOUND and KEGG_DRUG.(KEGG version :2022-03-07).
These 3D structures have been created for template-based docking.
The 3D structures have been created by the iteration of energy minimization by OpenBabel and chiral transformation by fkcombu.
